Based on your response, the participant IS ELIGIBLE to register for CAN's After School Program!
Registering online does not guarantee a spot in the program.
The participant must be confirmed by a CAN staff member before he or she is accepted into the program.

If you have a student or students currently enrolled in a CAN Educational Program (Summer Camp, After School), please contact your nearest Site Director to receive an auto-filled registration form to save time so you do not need to complete a blank form.
